Chance McCoy, Grammy winning artist, music producer and film composer from the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, takes the stage outside on the Conference Center Terrace at 6:45 PM. Chance McCoy’s artistry touches people far and wide, bringing together timeless music traditions with a new approach.

As the sun sets and the stars begin to twinkle, get ready to immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Appalachia as we celebrate sounds of lively banjo strums, fiddle melodies, soulful harmonies and taste the mouth-watering flavors. The atmosphere will be warm, welcoming, and filled with the true essence of Appalachian hospitality!

Create your own BBQ Sandwich. Our very own house-smoked pulled pork topped your choice of sweet, tangy, spicy or peach BBQ sauce. Add pickled red onion, dill pickle slices, homemade coleslaw, pickled jalapeños, chow chow, crispy onions, cheddar cheese or chipotle ranch. And smoked chicken thighs with white BBQ sauce and jalapeño cornbread muffins with honey butter. Plus, a Fritter Dessert Station with apple or pecan pie fritters with a caramel, berry or powdered sugar topping!
