    Located in the heart of coal country, this 272 acre lake and park is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. This park offers a marina, concessions, beach, Aqua Water Park, Sprinkler Splash Pad, RV sites with full hookup, tent camping and cabin rentals. Hiking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, basketball courts and a skateboard park can all be found on-site. Located 9 miles from Beckley, WV & 25 minutes from the New River Gorge.

    New at Lake Stephens! Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Lake open 11 am to 7-pm daily, splash pad from 11am to 6pm daily. Sprinkler Splash Pad is $5 per person for the day - 14 & younger (Adults free . w/child). Aqua Water Park $10 per person - life jackets required. Beach admission only is $1. Beach admission is included in Aqua Park and Splash Pad admission.

    People of all ages come to enjoy themselves at Beckley Freedom Park. This skate park features a half pipe bowl, half-pipe mini-ramp, c-shaped ramps and more. Park is great place for skateboarders, roller bladers and bicyclists.

    Grandview is part of the New River Gorge National Park & Preserve. Enjoy spectacular views of the New River from Grandview. Park features trails, overlooks, a seasonal visitors center, ranger-led activities, summer outdoor dramas (Theatre West Virginia), picnic areas and playground. Grandview is located off of I-64 Exit 129. Visitors Center open June - August from 12 pm to 5pm, Theatre open mid-June through late August.
