We are so happy to announce the 3rd Annual Bill Withers Festival is back!!!!
Saturday, July 8th @ the Beckley Intermodal Gateway in Downtown Beckley! This is a free entry & all ages event, so make sure you make a plan to attend!!! Celebrating all things Bill Withers to help raise money to complete the sculpture of Bill that will be placed in downtown Beckley.
