Over the past four decades, thousands of youth have made lasting memories through the Chick-fil-A Beckley Roundball Classic.  Thanks to Chick-fil-A, our title sponsor, the Y is able to welcome 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade teams from across the country and provide them with the opportunity to compete at a high level in the sport they’re passionate about.  The tournament’s storied tradition boasts players that have played or are playing professionally, including J.J. Redick of the New Orleans Pelicans, O.J. Mayo formerly of the Milwaukee Bucks, Patrick Patterson of the Los Angeles Clippersr, and Beckley, West Virginia’s own Tamar Slay (retired) formerly of the New Jersey Nets and Charlotte Bobcats.
