The 4th annual Sweet Treats Festival is a fund-raiser for the United Way. Attendees can sample a variety of desserts and drinks at vendor booths and uptown businesses. Free entertainment will be featured. Tickets may be purchased in advance ($5 for 6 sample tickets, door prize entry and people's choice ballot) with a limited number available on event day.

Events will begin with a Sweetest Baby Contest at 11am (registration at 10). Theatre WV will have Willy Wonka characters selling golden tickets and their youth training academy will perform a few songs (around 1:15pm). There will be dancing and demonstrations, inflatables for kids, and a Sweetest Kids photo contest all followed by door prizes and the Peoples' Choice Award for the Best Dessert Vendor.
